Take a Carpet/Yoga Mat and lie down on a relax position.
Fold your legs as much possible and Grip your backside of Head from Hands as you see below.
1st WEIGHT EXERCISE
And then Start doing Sit-ups (20 times with 3 reps)
2ND EXERCISE
Take a Carpet/Yoga Mat and lie down on a relax position same as 1st Exercise.
Fold your legs as easy you can fold and Grip your backside of Head from Hands as you can see below.
2nd WEIGHT EXERCISE
And then start touching your left Hand to Right leg and Right hand to left leg (20 times with 3 reps).
3RD EXERCISE
Take a Carpet/Yoga Mat and lie down on a relax position same as 1st and 2nd Exercise.
keep Your Hand and Leg Straight.
3RD WEIGHT EXERCISE
And Start doing your legs Upward and Downward without touching the Carpet/Mat and Leg goes upward or downward in 20 Degrees to 90 Degrees (15 Times up and down with 3 reps).
4TH EXERCISE
The name of exercise is Plank, In this exercise we hold our on feet or hands as you see below.
4th Weight exercise
Hold your body minimum 30-45 seconds atleast with 3 times of repetition.
